Directions
Dispense four drops of Eyelash Primer into a medicine cup. Bend two Long-Tipped Applicators at the base of the flocked tip to create an "L" shape. Saturate one applicator and transfer the liquid onto the other; place one below and one above the lashes, then gently scrub from base to tip of the natural eyelashes.
Warnings
Avoid direct contact with eyes. In case of contact, flush eyes with water for 15 minutes. If any adverse reaction occurs, stop using the product. For professional use only.
